Please use the site lawfully and honestly. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

We describe and photograph each product with care, but colours may vary slightly between screens and between batches. Where a pack is sold in random or assorted colours, the colours you receive may differ from those pictured. Measurements in size guides are a guide, not a guarantee of fit.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping and any other charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and the total you confirm is the total you are charged.

All orders are prepaid: you pay online (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay), and we do not offer cash on delivery. If we discover a pricing error, we will tell you and let you decide whether to proceed at the correct price or to cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available, or a delivery address cannot be served — in which case anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

The photographs, text, designs and marks on this site belong to Abeeha Retail Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will hear any dispute.

If something has gone wrong, write to us using the details below. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
